Initial contact

We meet with you, either in person or remotely, to learn all the details of your case, answer your questions and propose possible lines of action.

Feasability

We analyse all housing documentation related to the property and carry out technical queries with the relevant Spanish government agencies to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible.

Final report

We will prepare the final report with all of our findings, recommendations and actions to be taken. Together with the report we will provide the necessary certificates.

Filing of documents

If required for your project, we will submit or file all necessary documentation with the corresponding professional association or government agencies.
