How we work

When it comes to the condition of a building, it is not sufficient to simply look over the file. This is why we also have to follow a rigorous procedure that enables us to detect, address and anticipate problems. That is how we work.

Initial contact

We meet with you to learn more about the current situation, answer your questions and determine the type of analysis that needs to be performed.

Inspection and analysis

We visit the property, analyze all the pertinent documents and hold technical consultations with the authorities in order to gain full insight into the case.

We prepare the final report with all of our findings on the condition of the property, as well as any risks identified and our recommendations. Along with the report, we will provide you with any necessary certificates.

Filing of documents

If required for the project, we will submit or file all necessary documentation with the appropriate government agencies.

Would you like to know the actual condition of the property that you plan to buy, sell or renovate?

We can provide you with the most up-to-date information so that you can make an informed decision.
